12/4/16. This phone number is a scammer. From India, of course. They popped up in my face while I was on Facebook. They said my computer is blocked...and if I do not call the number my computer would be completely disabled. That I had infections, viruses, etc...It looked like a legit "Microsoft Tech Help", and I thought it was Microsoft. I called the number. DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE...learn from mine. Microsoft doesn't care if you have viruses and WILL NEVER CONTACT YOU. Everything they told me was a lie (I went to Geek Squad the next morning, and they told me this). Once you give them remote access to your computer, they show you windows that look like it is your computer's.....but they are not even yours...they are phony windows (like the task manager window). They tell you that you have TROJANS, which are the worst infections of all. They tell you that all kinds of services have stopped running on your computer (including internet connection).
